Questions, answered

How much do I need to start?

The Standard account starts at €250. Higher tiers unlock tighter spreads and additional service, but every tier trades the same instruments on the same platform.

How long does verification take?

Usually within one business day of receiving a valid photo ID and a proof of address issued in the last six months. If a document is unclear we tell you exactly what is missing instead of rejecting it silently.

How do deposits and withdrawals work?

You can fund by bank transfer or cryptocurrency transfer. Withdrawals are requested from the client area, reviewed on business days and returned to the same source you funded from. Deposits must come from an account in your own name.

Which platform do you use?

MetaTrader 4, on Windows desktop, iOS, Android and in the browser. Your login works across all of them, and Expert Advisors are supported without restriction.

Can I trade automated strategies?

Yes. MT4 Expert Advisors run on your account as they would anywhere else. You remain responsible for what an EA does, so test it on a demo account first and keep it supervised in live conditions.

What are the risks?

Leveraged trading can produce losses quickly, and a small move in the market has a magnified effect on your balance. Markets can gap, which means a stop may fill at a worse price than requested. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose, and read the full risk warning below before you open a position.
